How to Delete Your DriveLess Account

Before You Delete Your Account

⚠️ Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including saved routes, favorites, and preferences will be permanently deleted.

Method 1: Delete Account from the App

Step 1: Open the DriveLess app

Step 2: Go to Settings (tap the profile icon or menu)

Step 3: Scroll down to "Account Management"

Step 4: Tap "Delete Account"

Step 5: Read the warning and confirm deletion

Step 6: Enter your password to confirm

Step 7: Tap "Permanently Delete My Account"

Method 2: Request Account Deletion via Email

If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

  1. Send an email to support@driveless.app
  2. Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address associated with your account
  4. We will process your request within 7 business days
  5. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

What Remains

Some data may be retained for legal or operational purposes:

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Deleting your account does not remove data stored locally on your device. To completely remove all DriveLess data:

  1. Delete your account using one of the methods above
  2. Uninstall the DriveLess app from your device
